Here's my version of banker rings twice,spent quite a bit of time on this,then had to alter the art as it looked out at one side 
Please note this is just over a 1080p Wdx and is large with no side art so will need rescaling on some monitors,just tick the rescale tab in preferences,then use F!,F2,F3 to get your desired size,Big thanks to matty for the classic,wizard for the new v5 emu.
All short cuts as usual then P play dond N no deal,D for Deal,X change Stake,B for cash or bust N to insert £20 note.
This will only run on MFME v5
