BWB Vegas Poker - 10p play
Found another video rom, so I loaded it up and it's a poker game, where whatever you win adds to the credits.
Keyboard shortcuts in the notes section of the emulator.

Requires MFME V19.6 or later to play.

Its not really 10p play, more like £1 play £500 Jackpot, holds cost another credit unlike most poker games, progressive in nature so can be forced - good knows what market this was designed for. It reminds me a tiny bit of the £500 5 reel game with Roulette which appeared at the height of £500 madness (the emptiable won where if your roulette spin lost, you could cancel the bet)
Another rarity i've never seen in real life - thanks!
