hi i have a 2000 impulse wipeout fruit machine on the leds on the board my +12v perminatly on but -12v isint every time i start up the machine alarm sounds then err 2.1 which is reel 1 and all the leds on each board just flash are they ment to do tht or are they ment to be permantly on

sorry i dont have any decals for that machine and i think you may be very lucky to find any as this machine gets snapped up by collectors all the time and they seem to hog all their decals.
