can you tell me hoe to get it to work do i have to use it with mia emulator or will fme run it

Imagine down the pantomime. Theres 2 blokes who put on a horse costume and start walking about on stage. This could be classed as a sort of horse HDX. That means it looks like a horse but it is still just 2 blokes. This horse will never run a horse race. It will never eat hay.
Alternatively, a horse that nips down the pub and has several beers, talks about footy, has a kebab, gets in a cab and sleeps in a king size devan bed cannot be interpreted as a real horse.
So back to the Party Time HDX. It is simply an existing emulated layout with a picture of Party Time replacing the original layouts graphics. Sure, it looks like Party Time but it don't play or sound like it.
