Here's a DX for an old JPM machine called Superbank. This machine has a nifty little two player feature added.

The feature was used on another machine called Moneybank. But, because this and Moneybank use the same roms for both machines, the feature will also work on this.

Posted ImageDOWNLOAD FROM Fruit Emu

If you want to play the two player feature, you will have to do it on V2 of MFME. And have a resolution of 1600x1200.

The necessary segs you need are on the right of the layout, hidden away.

On V3 of MFME, it clears anything on the right-hand side of the layout, so V2 is your only option unfortunately.

You can still play the layout with MFME's 'resize' option at lower resoultions, but the two player feature will not work properly if you do.

People who I would like to thank for making this layout possible are: Pete, for the classic which he did, and Superbank for the excellent images used - and also putting up with my constant nagging. :D

The shortcuts for this are:

Nudge Up - `
Hold/Nudge 1 - 1
Hold/Nudge 2 - 2
Hold/Nudge 3 - 3
Bank It - B
Feature Stop/Gamble - F
Start/Take It - Space
Nudge Matic - N
Cancel - C
JPM Challenge - J
20p Insert - 9
10p Insert - 8
50p Insert - 0

Also included in the layout's notes.

Hi All,

I have got Superbank (superb looking release) running and have my screen resolution at the smallest possible. On the release notes it mentions an MFME "resize" option - could soemone please enlighten moi as to how to use this.....if that is relevant to making the machine playable (ie: more viewable, reels etc)

Ta very much,

Reg

on desktop right click > properites > settings > advanced > monitor >untick box that says hide modes this monitor cant display ..

Close them now right click on desktop > display modes > true colour > then 1600 by (your largest setting) . Thats if your monitor allows you to do this , some dont.

Hope that makes sense :)

Hi Toddy,

I managed to get the first part up, but I do not get that display bit after closing down properties.

The smallest DPI (screen resolution) I can do is 1024 x 768.

I'm using Windows XP - it may just be the comp.

Thanks for your advice, anyways.

You don't want your resolution at the smallest possible. You want to set it to the highest possible. If you can.

1600x1200 is the perfect resolution, if your monitor/graphic card supports it.

Or you could try un-ticking modes your monitor doesn't support, and put it up to 1600x1200 that way.

If you can't do any of those methods, just use MFME3.2, and it will resize the layout to your current resolution.

Thanks Ploggy,

However, this comp, afaik, doesn't go higher than the 1024 x 768.

However, I'll try mfme 3.2
