When the simulation loads I get an error message saying can't strip reels 3, 4 and 5 then when it is loaded these reels are missing. Is there anyting I can do to get these reels back?

Are you using the correct emulator? Are you trying to load the old Cops And Robbers or Cops And Robbers Gold. If it's the latter you'll need the latest emulator. If it's not that then maybe the roms are corrupt and you need to re download.
