When ever you ask for help on this site now you always get moaned at!!!

For example: a newbie's used to come on the site and ask for partytime....everyone couldn't wait to use as many swear words as possible, they may genuinely not know that astras cannot be emulated

I'm not running to the defense of this guy as he needs a serious lesson in spelling and grammar and punctuation. (Cunning linguists will realise the joke here).

But, it is conceivable that telling people that Astra, Epoch, or Scorpion V cannot be emulated may not mean anything to them.
If they know that a particular machine is a particular tech then fine. But if they have no idea what machines use what tech then telling them is still no use.

However if they ask using a basic understanding of English and manners they might get a better answer.
