dont like these at all. i play loads at william hill casino. (in free mode) and some are very good. dont know if they are real machines tho ?

i had a go at that and one of the games (atlantis) woked on full screen but it went into autoplay...tried it again but only got this..(see pic)

so it looks a no go..unless someone can say so..

One problem though is that 50lions or whatever it is called does not run for me. When I look at the shortcut it appears to be pointing to a "Kyle" on the drive shortcut and thus isnt working.. I have tried to modify it to my destination but alas, it still doesnt work.

Anyone else got this problem?

That would be my fault & no wonder when I copied the files accross the local network it failed to run.

Going to re-upload in the next 30 mins to the NTL url. Link will be the same, & just hope it works this time.

Right, NTL link has a new copy uploaded.... checked as far as I can to make sure I have everything right, but could some of you reply back especaly on the first one in the folder to see if it's working right or not.

right click on the machine and you can zoom to 200%. whether thats full screen though i'm not sure.

is there a speed delay setting anywhere? my pc is struggling a little with these?

to enter operator mode menu you click on the audit tab
and take it from there..not too sure if you can adjust the speed though

You can't run them full screen for some reason although I am not sure why. I think it has something to do with the glide driver they use (I am guess they don't really want to rely on Microsoft proprietory software to make these run by making them Direct X compatible).

The shortcut adjustments are key to making the games run. The link you lads are downloading is a different place from where I got them, so the default setup is most likely different. It would seem you've worked it out now anyway.

These machines are most definitely the real thing. Same principle as MAME. The Emulator is a hardware Emulator for the MKVI architecture and it just runs the system ROMs. That's why there's so many technical functions on the machines.

As for not liking them, that's purely a matter of personal taste. In australia these sorts of machines are insanely popular and it's just what we're used to.



Now that you're all enjoying these - can we please keep an eye peeled on getting any new ones? Whilst they're only so so for you lads OS, they're like Gold to Aussies who can't get access to them at all without plowing cash through them at the local. I know the yanks get access to them easily for use in their own homes, it would be fantastic if people could start running system dumps of those machines and emulate it similar to the FMU.

Or better yet, these 4 machines are here right now - is it possible to get either a FMU or MAME guru to pull these apart and start incorporating the architecture into the current EMUs?

We can only hope...

i use this work arround for full screen mode... select screen windows press alt enter. Alt tab to select the console emu to able to press buttons. better result also hide task bar...

now heres my problem, i play for a while then get mainsys.exe error, anyone know whats up?

Aristocrat won't give a toss what's sold on a UK ebay auction, Alth's right we have been down this route with the manufacturers (apparently they hate these sites but don't mind the ebay sellers) - but the more people that report the seller the better as eventually they will be banned. I lost my first account which was 1500 feedback due to a few people complaining (people I was buying off - 1 was pirated DVDs which he had sold and I refused to send the money - the second was Fruit machine disk after I found out that you can get them free so I refused to pay - can't remember what the third was), but if enough people complain you "can" destroy bagga bargain turd!

it won't work james i have reported bagga 30+ times alone and it still keeps selling. ebay do not want to do anything about it coz as long as there gedding there fee's they are not bothered.

I'm from aussie land too....... now I have been trying to find the game Queen of the Nile. and with no luck at all.

I don't believe it is emulated at all................. I think what happen was..and for those of you from Australia reconsider what I'm about to say.

Poke Magic.com who sells custom poker machines on the net.. these games are not! i repeat.. Authentic Aristocrat poker machines.
Somebody said, they were on DVD or CD on ebay. which were really these games from pokermagic . com. NOT authentic emulator aristocrat poker machines.

2nd... Someone also said a rumor that MAME arcade emulator would emulated aristocrat games....... what happen was..
that person saw online this site http://www.arcade-history.com/ and that site there.. is talking about Mame history ! of all the games made. NOT all emulated especially Aristocrat games.

So far I have found the 4 games by aristocrat lions orchid Atlantis and dreaming.

Everyone who likes fruit or aussie poker games should no this buy now. I have not ever seen queen of the Nile i just don't think it was ever emulator and I don't think it will for a long bloody time....very sad! for a top aussie poker machine game...


These Ausse poker machines are so hard....... to come buy..........first of all... we don't have that many people in Australia who can emulate something..........not even a simple nintendo. if I'm wrong sorry.
