At the request of Empire Games all ROMs and layouts relating to their machines have been removed from the site.

lol thats 1 full circle then were allowed to use them they even hosted the roms for us then they stopped it then we were allowed again and now stopped its bevause they dfidnt like all them p1s and p2s getting out

Some people might say my life is in a rut,
But Im quite happy with what I got

It's without doubt though that with all the discs and that about that anyone who wants Empire will get Empire...What they hve done is next to nothing really, what a waste of time trying to look good!
This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.

It's without doubt though that with all the discs and that about that anyone who wants Empire will get Empire...What they hve done is next to nothing really, what a waste of time trying to look good!
Are you in the select few CB?......seriously don't think thats the opinion nor the attitude of the open members!

No I'm not in the select few, but I mean not much can be done. Yes the ROMs posted on FF can't be used because some of the files are missing, But, there are some other points.
eBay discs are still going, they are pretty much all the layouts on one disk, including the Empire ones made before. THe punters who don't know/download from this site(they should though) will buy the disks and get the Empire ones.
That, and they might be passed over the internet, so others can get their hands on them. That, I mean by Email or on YouSendIt etc...Not saying anyone DOES it but it COULD be done.
So what I try to point out is that while no one will get the non working ROMs to work really, the layouts already made are out there in various places, on disks and what have you and will still be accessible if people want to get them in those ways.
The crunch is, we at FE have abided by Empire by removing the games, but Empire in my opinion have achieved nothing, really.
It's my opinion, and a different one at that.

Fair do fella but from Empires point of view we are the source and thus the best or at least their simplest way of trying to at least cull the amount around is to remove it at its source. In this case thats what they have done
