Hi there,

Just purchased a fully working BFM`s Easy Money for £55 and am potentially after a manual or somebody that knows how to enable the reel sounds i.e the sounds when the reels stop in the window and it counts the numbers, at the moment the machine makes every other noise apart from the reel thumps and number counting as far as i can tell. Does anybody know whether you can enable/disable various sounds that are played by the machine via the dip or dil switches?
Does anybody know whether you can enable or disable any of these sounds on any other fruit machines specifically BFM that you know of?

Its working and i am happy with that but i do like a noisy machine that plays all of its sounds :) I hope this isnt an actual problem with the machine

Let me know , i look forward to any help anyone can give.

Kind Regards
Steve

you could try changing the dip switch setting to try and see if it will enable the reel sounds if not then i would imagine it wouldn't be on the sound proms itself

I have the machine at home but no manual I'm afraid. I'm not sure whether you can change sound settings via the dips - it would be news to me if you could, although I've heard that some machines have a 'quiet' setting.

AFAIK the only way you can alter the sound is adjusting the volume by sticking in the refil key and cycling through the options.

You could have a fiddle with the dips using the WDX I did in MFME I suppose.

nice one thankyou for the responses, i havent got the mfme version just the bfm version so will download that one and give that a go, cheers :)

i was pretty sure you could set some fruities to quiet and was able to turn various sounds on and off so its just a case of trial and error, as you suggested will try with the emu first before changing the dips on the machine itself

Thanks again Guys :)
