I'm glad you asked that. Let's assume I am a criminal. In the year 2022 everyone on the electoral register had to provide a sample of DNA for a massive police database. Do-deca band multilinked Quadra backed HQ34 satellites process the DNA. If needed they could uniquely track every caterpiller, dog, frog and polar bear on the surface of the earth. Micro resonancing multi-lateral maxi endothermic PLOB (I can't tell you what that stands for) rays can distinguish between DNA types from vast interstellar distances. the rays themselves are actually highly intelligent. Think of them as clever little highly charged pico particles with brains the size of obloquarks that act as speedy messengers to correlate vast quantities of highly detailed information.
