is there anyone or will there be anyone working on layouts for super charged ,hot rocks(just like big cheese) or double dragon ?

I don't know of anyone doing layouts for these machines. Its probably lack of roms as I an't see them on the repro server. However even once we get the roms there is no guarantee that the emulator will run the roms.
