Ive just downloaded the fmeiw wizard (sorry if i got it wrong) and i got with it the jpemu emulator the Bfmulator and the mfme v2 and the mfme v3 however the 2 mfme files i got dont work i click to load them up and it says an error has occured any help please any 1

you may be trying to load a newer Emu designed for MFME v9/10 which we don't host.
On the left you'll see Cliffs repro log-in as a guest and you can download those versions there.
