You can't blame people for having a go at you, do you realise you have posted nearly 500 times this year already & nearly 150 times in the last 3 days. I don't think you should start calling respected members muppets & tell them to get a life as they have brought much more to the scene as you & I have.

I have posted 247 times this year with 100 of them posts coming in the £75 thread & I have realised that I have just been posting pish & that's why I retired from that thread & since then I have posted just 45 times in the last week.

It's up to you in the end how often you post but just be prepared for some negative comments.

You need to learn to calm down & not post so much

If your just doing it for VB awards then posting isnt the way

someone who makes a thread with a lot of replies will get a VB award before someone who pish posts a lot
