i'm not sure about oxo but as far as partytime is concerned there isn't an actual partytime but there is a party zone which is similar to partytime however that programme is not freeware.
if u look in the main menu under reels of fun that'll give u an idea on party zone

Nice one toonarmy85, hope you enjoy the CD.
In fact I hope that you enjoy it so much that you can't put it down. I hope you spend hours upon hours going through each layout and playing them all. I hope you become a regular poster at ALL the FME forums and get to know everyone. I hope that eventually you become interested in the emulator itself and wonder exactly how these layouts are made. I hope you spend months learning how the Emulator tools work and posting technical questions on the forums. I hope that you eventually pluck up the courage to take your first steps into creating your very own classic and releasing it to the scene. I hope that you decide to study how DX's are made and spend an eternity learning the intricacies of Photoshop so you can make your own. I sincerely hope that one day we see your name at the top of a beautiful DX and that your proud that you've come this far and given something back to the scene you love so much. I hope you then see some c*** selling it on ebay and making money out of all your hard work.
Then again maybe not

Jeeeez DAD dont hold back any...just say whats on yer mind m8...lol..
Tis true what DAD says though..these guys spend hours..days...weeks...months creating these layouts for us mere mortals for us to enjoy....then these money grubbing assholes take thier work and sell it.
In hindsight its not Toonarmy's fault..if he knew the background to the scene..he wouldnt have touched this CD.
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know.
