Click the link to DXcellent..left hand side where it says "My layouts" then click F-O its in there.

Goto the DX CELLNET page - click on "My layouts" then click F-O its in there....

You have the click on the picture of the machine to get the download links. You will also need to download BOTH the DX LAYOUT & ROMS and extract them into the SAME folder.
