what was the machine many years ago that was video based in a bar-x cabinet, with £6token jackpot. you selected a horse and watched a graphical race?

other revisions of the machnie included a hint from the machine or `favorite` selection, and the race seemed much faster.

yes i remember those, didn't play them much. didn't they have coin entry slots on either side? i remember once putting money in both slots, and after a couple of games winning a jackpot. i was suprised when i collected my £6 and it was still making the collect noise and that i had another £6 to come out of the machine.

what tech were they? i guess emulation of these is still a no no as there video based.

there is an mpu3 barcrest horse racing based fruit machine thats been emulated, can't remember the name of it off hand.

Well remembered.

I think that Frankie Dettori bandit was a £10 jackie and a BFM.

I like those horse racing games they used to have at the seaside where you
watched plastic horses race against each other through the glass.

Each horse was linked to a clolour....I think "pink" was the jackie - £3.00?

The amount of times you would hear soem poor kid saying...."I'm gonna win, I've got orange and it's weay ahead - go on!" ...and then fecking red horse turns into an aeroplane and swoops past!
