Hey there, im having trouble with loading certain machines when i have downloaded them. The machine will come up but nothing will boot up i have MFME32 and some machines just wont play ball, can anyone help.

Bearing in mind i am totally new to all this lol

hi spike what machines are you trying to load and what machines are not playing ball?

well the one i would like to play is Open the box. but there have been on occasions where i will download a variety of machines extract them put them into there own folders load them up one by one if they load up they go into the MFME folder or JPM the ones that don't i delete. But some of the newer machines i really would like to play but can't seem to.

most of the later stuff run on mfme 9.4 and 10.1


u can get the emulator from cliffc's repro site.

you'll find it in the main menu

You need a more up to date version of MFME to run the 'new' layouts.

Try here - Login - powered by Easy File Sharing Web Server

Log in as 'guest' and download MFME versions 9.4, 9.9 and 10.1a

Sorry to double post but rather than make anew topic i thought i would ask.

Coronation street comes up with sound file not found twice and also rom not found, will this be sorted with the updates of mfme 9 & 10.1 im downloading or is this another problem lol

Edit it happens on all the new ones i have just downloaded

The original one on the street, not the rovers. I used to love playing that as a kid. There a few more like gladiators, mad house and a few more i loved but can't play them, where would you download the roms from?

and the newer mfme's work fine thank you very much for that.

EDIT good vibrations wont take money though lol loads up fine bit wont respond.

If you find your getting an error when loading up for the first time, click configuration, then tick the door invert box, wait until the display says clear, then untick and it will be fine.
