I'm with the 2 newbies. Reds are great Maybe sliding off the rails with SMTM, this one shows so stange sometimes, but pretty much everything before that is a few quid lost of a stack load won.

I would like to class myself as a player , would not ever play some shitty machine that i didn't think i could make from it, dont play roulettes, £500's etc etc.what i do play....cluedos and clones, reds and extremes cant think of much else i would play to be honest, unless i had something for it.

Well we're all 'players'. You can't possibly make from every single machine you play on. It's just not gonna happen. Simple as. There's people that come on here that have been playing machines for years and they still don't think they know it all. I've said it once and i'll say it again there's only one winner and it's not the player.

Don't pretend you know better than people than have been playing machines when you were still in short pants. You don't know it all. Don't kid yourself. No one on here thinks you do either. If you do make anything it'll be nothing to write home about and is no substitute for a working wage. You catch a machine at the right time that's luck. No skill involved whatsoever. Simple as. You don't know how to play reds, PP's or whatever better than everybody else. You might have learnt a bit, most probably from all the cash you've lost. We never hear about the losses you have? Don't say there are none cos that's premium BS.

Everyone's got an opinion. That they're entitled to. Having said that people on here know the score. I guess we all thought we knew it all but when you get older you learn. If your unlucky you learn the hard way by losing cos you think you can't lose.

Old Red's are hardly sited anywhere anymore. They've put the newer ones in. That take more. Even in arcades i've seen that have £5/£10 Jp machines in from years ago. On topic i reckon the older Barcrests were better too. You can see that by playing the emu's.

If you win on machines then I take my hat off to you and wish you congratulations! If you lose on machines, then it keeps the chat going doesn't it? Just don't get carried away as people will start slating you and all that. Good for a bit of an old debate, but the thrust of this site is emulation.

Some players are happy with 'paying for entertainment'. Yes some people can happily play the machines for fun, lose for fun and not grumble about it. I think there's more to the urban myth that people can win on machines. I'm sure people DO win on machines.

Myself I seem to do alright on Panthers. Win a few quid on fast cash. I also don't go too far wrong on Reds. Extremes are not too problematic. However I am totally perplexed about £35 ggs. What are they? Who are they? Where are they? and how do I play 'em? Any chance of a PM on this please?

Yes i have. So if no one gave you the tricks did you discover them? If you didn't get them for free then you must've paid for them. Correct? Well i didn't pay for mine. So there ya go. Look this is getting real old, real fast (not REEL HOLD lol). As i've already said i'm not argueing about it. Lifes too short and i really can't be bothered.
