A lot of people have this problem when they're getting used to using the emu's. You need to change your screen resolution. Go to your desktop, right click then select properties, then screen resolution. The options you get will depend on your monitor. Mine's pretty old but i can see most of the layouts ok when i do that. Just try each one until you find one that fits it on your screen.
