I remember playing a fruit machine around 15 years ago and just can't remember the name of it. I'm sure it was a BFM, the Jackpot was 3 bells and a £4 or £4.80 jtoken jackpot. One other thing I remember was when you had 3 identical symbols below the winline and you had holds, you could press the hold buttons and the reels would nudge up to give the win.

Any clues to what this was called and even it is has been emulated?

Cheers

The one I'm talking about was lo-tech, I think I may be wrong about the jackpot symbols though. The more I try to remember the more I'm beginning to think the jackpot symbols were kind of orangey boxes with BFM written on them. There definately wasn't a streak on this machine, just a standard lo-tech.

For the nudge up you didn't have to hold cancel down or something like that it was when you got 3 identical symbols in a row under the win line and they held you just pressed them as if you were going to hold them and the reel nudged up.

Someone is bound to remember the name of it.

Was it the Party Time (not the version still out but totally different) or one of the several other similar machines out at the time? Did it have a barcode feature?

No, it wasn't party time and I don't remember it having a barcode. I don't think it even had a hi lo reel for gambling wins. I'm sure it was just a simple lo-tech machine with wins after nudges etc. Plus the nudge up 'cheat'.

Now it's bugging me trying to remember. It was the last machine I played in Oban before moving to Ayr 15 years ago.
