Hi mate, unfortunately Deal Or No Deal cannot be emulated at the moment due to no Roms available, sorry, but have a great Christmas,

It's unemulatable technology at the moment (and likely to be for quite awhile yet), there are some excellent Deal or no Deal free games on the internet if you take a look though..

There is deal or no deal ROMs just that there all ( most of them ) are scorpian 5 and the others just say security error on boot up
