well i thought i was getting one but it hasn't arrived yet, the seller ain't much help, asked her if she had sent it out and she replied yes i will give you tracking number when i get home on thursday( 27th dec). well thursday came and went so did friday saturday sunday and monday,. so i asked her again, she then gave me a ten digit tracking number but no name of courier, and it's not royal mail as it's a 13 digit number for them, so i asked AGAIN, pffffffffffftttttt still waiting on a reply, and she has changed her username. and still selling them... so looks like a paypal dispute. am i being unreasonable here? and give her another day or two.
or go ahead with the dispute tomorrow.

There was something on Watchdog last night about a tinpot outfit in Bolton selling Wii consoles on the web who did a runner with the cash!
I sold my Wii before xmas, 250 with 2 pads and 5 games, which I thought was fair price.

I have an xbox360 but bought the wii from ebay at xmas,I bought the deluxe edition with wii sports, mario & sonic olympics, rayman raving rabbids 2,mario party 8.
I naturally prefere my xbox360 but you can't beat the wii for family fun especially if you have kids and it keeps kids off my xbox360 elite :-)
I bought my wii with the games mentioned all sealed and the seller supplied the reciept which showed the console was bought in december from Game for £289.00,I paid £310,I considered this a good price at the time especially when imported wii's with no games were selling so high,Buyer never put a reserve on his wii and i was happy what i paid.
wii perfect for family fun!

Have to agree 100%.
I'm not into consoles at all, but over Christmas I went to 2 different friends houses.......we played the wii all night, a right laugh with a few beers.

most probably the same person then ady, she replied to my mail late on last night and gave me the courier name, so i went on to try track the parcel, and ( as i suspected) IT WAS THE WRONG NUMBER( unrecognised) she gave me.
so a paypal dispute will be going on.
she has already (sold) another two since yesterday, and on the auction she says the item will be posted 5 DAYS after the funds clearing. time wasting tactics or what.

just a quick update on this i opened a dispute with paypal and SHE closed the dispute and according to paypla has refunded my cash.
tonight i got an eamil from ebay saying that she has been banned from ebay.( little wonder there then) and they stated that the would help police in any matter regarding her, also got an email from one other buyer thta i alerted and she has lost her cash, and is starting a dispute with paypal as well, so hopefully she will get her cash back. what a fkn cow the seller is a waste of space( still we got her name and address)
so the cops will be paying the coaw a visit soon.

Nice one mate!!!
Mind you, if she lives in my vicinity I'd be paying her a little visit too....and the only thing I'd be delivering is a broken jaw.
