Hi,
Does anybody have any idea where I could get a copy of the techincal manual for this machine?
I have bought my children one for Christmas and I am unable to turn the volume down (amongst other things!) becaue I have no manual and it isn't obvious from looking a the sound board how to do it!
My next door neighbour has now complained (full of Christmas spirit!) about the noise, so until I can turn down the volume my kids can't play it at all :bigeyes22:
I've looked on ebay and on the Maygay site, buit no luck so far.
Thanks for reading.
Merry Christmas,
Rob

ToddyUK,
Thanks very much for your reply; indeed the manual looks spot on, I'm busily printing it out now, the kids could be back on (losing their money!) in the next half-hour!

Hello everyone again,
Sorry about this, but having browsed the Technical Manual I now know that I need a Game Manual in order to adjust the sound. Does anyone know where I might get one of those?
Thanks again,
Rob

Do you have the keys for it ?? if so use the refill key ( which is the longest key ) and goes in an ignition shaped key slot near the payout box .. put that in and skip thought the menu and you should find the volume option ( thats as best as i can explian it because ive never had a beer guide lol

Hi Cardie,
Thanks for your reply. I know the switch you mean, but I don't have a key for it!
However, it only has two terminals connected to it, so one position must be normal play and the other setup. I'll check the position it is in now (I imagine open circuit) if that is the case, I'll short the two terminals out and see if it enters program mode.
Thanks again, I'll let you know how I get on,
Rob

Hi everyone,
Success! and the machine is back in operation. Shorting out the two switch terminals (5V) allowed me to enter program mode where I could change the volume.
Thanks to everyone who helped; I'll just order one of the keys now!
