when loaded it will not work it comes up 4.2 ram clear any body knows what that means and how to correct it?

Open the back door .. click configration .. click ram clear click rest and leave it .. if the alarm goes off again just leav e it for about 2 mins n it shud do itwhen loaded it will not work it comes up 4.2 ram clear any body knows what that means and how to correct it?

you may need a new battery on the motherboard that holds the machines memory.
