Status quo at the moment i'm afraid Dae.
stanmarsh14 I wasn't aware that Empire had lightened-up a little.....I was gutted when we had to withdraw all their stuff (I had DXed 3 of them), what have you seen/heard mate?
From what we have found at DAD's, they seam somewhat relaxed with covering their stuff now (Or certanaly was before the new emu got leaked).
Basicaly, if it's NOT mpu5, they do not seam to give a toss what happens at all, but as for mpu5, they seam somewhat edgy, as if someone goes for something less than 3 years old, so seamingly it looks like they are asking FME to respect the 3 year gentlemans agreement.
As for sites hosting layouts, looks as if it's up to them what to do, noting what has been previousaly said.
