How can you even admit to doing as something as stupid at this?
There's nothing anyone on here can say to make you feel better, on the contrary there are loads of us that could say things to make you feel worse. lol
STOP PLAYING MACHINES and SEEK HELP NOW, before you have lost everything and everyone you care about. Doooooownwards spiral I'm afraid.
Good luck wth seeking help with your addiction.

from reading your previous posts you have admited doing this alot and said you wanted to quit 4 months ago yet still pump money into them only you can stop you leave money credit cards bank cards at home or better still with a family member who you know wont give you them back and tell them your a addict which i had to do and know how hard that is email any online sites you play on even if it fake or free play tell you are a addict and shut all your accounts (cashing out any money in them first)800 quid could bought me some shit hot pc bits or a new tv and xbox360
if you dont seek advice and at least try and stop soon you WILL lose your family your friends your house your car any penny you have your wife your kids and your job you will end up a bum on the street selling big issues or begging to get your daily fix is that what you want from life?

If you need help, talk to your family, friends etc. If you have a partner, and the cards aren't in joint names, give them to them. Talking is the best thing to do.
Gamblers Anon is good, they helped me a lot, and you'll find there are people there (in my group anyway) that lost £50K a week at least. Thing is...
It doesn't matter if you're losing 100K or £10, if it's all the money you have and you play til it's gone, then the Addiction is still the same.
Seriously, try GA, or at least talk to your family re the problem.
I let it get to far, sold everything, stole from people I loved, stole from work, got myself into what I would class as serious debt, but might only be small change to others. 6 Years later, I'm still recovering.
I don't play anymore (the odd £10 on hols in the £5 machines every 6 months), but the debt reminds you of what you shouldn't do.
Onlines a git too, so easy to play and deposit as you don't see the cash until your limit is reached and the card rejected.
You can set daily limits on your account, or simply request the account closed.
Hope this helps, but if you need to chat, there's plenty who can help and not simply shout at you or say...'It's Easy, don't play them' Because I know... it's NOT easy.

Ever get that Deja-Vu feeling wullie ?
This certainly isnt the 1st thread you have created like this and probably wont be the last.
As Daemon X said we have all been there done that etc..felt like shit after it..then went out the week after and done the exact same thing.
Suppose im "lucky" in a way to have such an understanding missus as i let her down god knows how many times in the past.
But even then there was only so much she could take..and i had to make the choice..continue the way i was or lose her and the weans..the choice was simple what do you love more ?
It aint easy and although i still play the fruitys to this day..i play in moderation if i win i win..if i lose then..och well thats the way it goes.im not running to the nearest bank to lift more dosh out or whatever.
You need to break this cycle before it f**ks you up alltogether.
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know.

My name is james and i'm a compulsive gambler. I am going to ga and its the best thing i have done for myself in years. It not a quick answer to our problem but its a start. I have found that it helps a lot to be in a room with other people in the same situation who know what you are going through and be able to give you advice on what to expect. take it from me if you don't stop you will end up dead as i know how easy it is to get there and try it. Sort your head out and get help PLEASE.

I used to play a lot when i was about 18, now i am nearly 32.
I went to southport today for court (driving offence), got the early so went for a slot.
The machines today are animals if you ask me, i only spent £10 on a few 5p machines & it was gone in 5 mins.
Machines are not for me anymore i will stick to emu its just as good for me.
Give them up mate, a machine is a business designed to make money.

been there, done it and lived to regret it too-when i think about how much dosh ive wasted over the years it makes me cringe.and when a particular machine pops up in the new releases section i often think- yeah ya bastard look how much you conned me out of- so never again im pleased to say- no more than the odd fiver if i see some old jpm`s or barcrests in a seaside arcade.ive well and truly learned my lesson

Seriously there is only one thing to do, stop playing fruit machines, this includes going to places where they are. Cold turkey is the only way otherwise you will fall back when you think the jackpot is about to drop when you reach your limit. You need to give yourself time to realize what it is like to have the money to use on other things. Once you do this you not want to go back.
If you will power is weak get help, get a family member to safe guard your money cards, only go out with the minimum you need don't carry cards and such. Ask you friends not to lend you stuff even if you plead.
Its not easy but after 10 years of not touching them after 15 years of been addicted to them all I can say it worked for me and hopefully so of the advice can help you. You need to find a hobby that keeps you more occupied than the fruit machines, a distraction if you like. Best of luck

Ouch. Playing machines is an ongoing thing. In a gambler's mind you're never really down because you can win it all back the next day.
STOP.
Don't try and finish on a high. If the sensible part of you wants to stop playing then do it now, listen to the other members on this site and go cold turkey. Any temptations, think of the PAIN of losing that £800 and that should set you up for the straight and narrow.
No B3s, no £35 jackpots, no tuppenny nudgers. Don't delete the emulator ROMs just yet, they're your fruitorette patches. Just don't play. It's horrible being suckered in, absolutely horrible and there's some pure FILTH out there now in the arcades. The BLAGS, SCAMS and CONS and CAPITAL LETTERS are immense. So stay away. Find something else to fill the void that is less soul destroying.
Don't whatever you do turn into these silly beggars who come on here boasting of being able to win time and time again. All the best and whatever you do, I hope it makes you feel better.
