WOW -- This is what I am currently getting from my 20 Meg Virgin Media BB (And yes I have phoned them and they say there are no problems with the line)
Wow a full 68k, But midday I can get my full 2400k....
And yes, I have rebooted my PC, my modem & my wireless router and still get these crappy speeds
Must be down to the other 1 person on the same node on my street..

I'm on sky bband 16mb, but this isn't the fastest or slowest I've seen,
My fastest was about 60000, when I first signed up with sky,
Heres another one a few mins later,
Edit just tested using my ps3, and got a dl of 9374kbps and up of 6kbps, lmao!!!!
Infact I have tested several times using my ps3, and always get the same rough dl result, and exactly the same up result, must be some sort of down/up limit built into the ps3, can any one confirm this? I'm using broadbandmax.co.uk as speedtest.net isn't viewable due to flash restrictions on the ps3.
Namesco BroadbandMax ADSL Broadband Bandwidth speedtest | Test your ADSL Broadband connection speed (good reults here, as it gives me exactly what I would normally max out at,)

I'm on sky bband 16mb
My fastest was about 60,000, when I first signed up with sky,
How can you get 50Meg when you are on 16Meg ???
I thought 1 Meg was around 1200k - so 16Meg should be around 19,200k MAX
1200k x 50Meg = 60000k

I had an issue with the phone jack, and wasn't getting true speed's,(now corrected but plugging in directly to the test socket) and at the time, my line was all over the place speed wise, I know its weird but I was download 9-10gb torrents in around 20mins, shame that btsky figured it out though, and put a stop to it!!!! when they did put a stop to it, I phoned sky about the massive drop in speed and they informed me that bt were working on the lines due to a fault and that I was now at the correct speed for my line? (which I know is completly wrong because I only ever get 10mb but i'm paying for 16mb,

Nay idea, its one of those mobile broadband gadgets, seem to get an average 50 - 100kbps download which does the job.
Wasn't 56k dial up a max 4.7kb ?

This is my effort,(up to 8meg, lol) although if I check with BT, it says 6.5-7 Mb.
Where you came from, is gone.
Where you thought you were going, was never there.
And where you're at right now, aint no good, unless you can get away from it.
