Does anyone know if this machine is avilable for download? I used to love playing it a few years ago, and would be grateful for any help.

Not Yet but im sure someone will proberly DX this one soon...I think it can be emulated without the disk reel anyway
I was gonna do it but I think Im starting to loose my touch, im starting to get inpaitient again, I mean Im rushing my Layout's again...Regulars will know what im Talking about, maybe if no one has done Battle Axe I will give it a go in a month or two

There's a flyer and some photo's of Battle Axe on Cliff's Repro, but the photo's are of the £5 Jackpot version be good if there was £25 Jackpot Photo's, but maybe soon.

I am sure there are battle axe ROMs but because it's a clone of Revolution, no one has done it yet. You'll need to load Revolution up and then load Battle Axe ROMS in.

Ive tried the battle axe ROMs plenty of time but for some reason they wont run .... i heard over on FF its being done

Yep have battleaxe on my computer about £2 grand through the meters now have loaded the £25 roms, if you load the rom in the classic revolution layout, all you need to do is edited the text from Revolution to batleaxe,( if it bothers you that much) all the bulbs layout is the same.

Did anyone actually spot any notable differences in gameplay between the two? I always personally found rev the bigger streaker of the two. sure barcrest when doing battleaxe just got the rev rom, altered the alpha messages and give it some annoying sound samples

it is really quite simple to get it working.
try this. DOWNLOAD the REVOULTION GAME and the roms uploaded by johnny ( see above post) and save them to the SAME FOLDER. UNZIP REVOLUTION and DELETE the ROM HEX> NOW UNZIP the rom s for battle axe> load the emu and game the game will then run.
hopefully this will get it for you.

works fine in 9.9 or 10.1a. could be a sound card problem if it doesn't work for you.

Cheers mate, but i still have a problem. Im using MFME 9.4 yet whenever i try and load the rom it say it has to close as it has encountered a problem. I dont know why
