I was banned because certain individuals took my post all out of bloody proportion and tried to twist it into something it wasnt and isnt.

If you would like to know the real reason I have been banned for a week, from the person who did so (Rogue) then pop over there and check it out.

It was basically just to appease the data center, nothing to do with me threatening anyone but more so the arseholes who kicked up a royal stink over it.

Whilst I see no threat in Tiburoned's posts, it seems that a few "respected" members have taken it upon themselves to step up their campaign and put at risk not only these forums, but also the host's business.
I won't go into details as, unlike another member (who we'll call "StanMarsh" for arguments sake), I'm not in the habit of divulging the contents of private messages.

I am extremely saddened that some people have nothing better to do with their time than attempt to "get one over" on others, and I'm appalled at the lengths these people will go to in order to score themselves a virtual point.

Nice to know you care so much about this forum and it's members that the best you can come up with is a "so what" in response to them being at risk.
And lets not forget the things you've been doing behind the scenes the last few days to try and get this forum shut down.
As for attacking Stan, when someone chooses to post the contents of my PMs with them in a vain attempt to discredit me, but ends out making themselves look a complete cock, I don't think I need to bother attacking him.
He digs big enough holes himself.
And because it was the contents of MY PMs he published without my consent, I'll continue to bring that subject up whenever I choose, thanks. .

So, it would seem that Trouty here likes to try and shut forums down, whilst hypocritically accusing me of closing Desert Island Fruits.

I can tell you now the reason DIF was closed. It was because Harvey realised it was getting way too serious and way too abusive. It had nothing to do with any 'threat' (rolls eyes) that he might have gotten.

Why did the kids need to leave the house.

They didnt. However, when someone posts countless nasty hate filled things about someone (That being Harvey about ME lest we f*****g forget that) you can hardly expect them to greet you fresh faced and with a smile.

Just because I was going to go to his house to ask him to remove the said matierials doesnt mean I am f*****g stupid enough to think hes going to say "yeah no worries man" and just do it.

That doesnt mean I was threatening ANYTHING whatsoever, it just means that in the eventuality of something happening (started by him of course) that he might not want his kids there.

Unlike yourself I dont even make jokes about harming children, babies or anything else.

That was his call to make. A threat would have sounded more like -

Hey Harvey, I have your address. Better sleep with one eye open c*** because you arent getting any warning.

Instead I told him I would inform him of exactly when I would go there. Would be really clever to say "hey im coming round your house" and then show up there threatening violence eh? Thankfully Im not that stupid.

Now less we forget the fake account you created on FF called Gareth something and the deprived, low down nasty shit you tried to pull there, eh?

Look Alth. you can think you know why I was banned as much as you want to. The fact is that Rogue spoke out three times in the same thread putting the reason there for all to see. It was because a couple of #@#@#@#s decided to cause trouble for FF, not because of any threat I made (what part of "Whilst I dont see Tiburoneds post as threatening" dont you get?)

I actually have begun to quite like you of late, but to slag off people at FF whilst still being a very active member there (And one when Skizzo was around to argue with, and embarass yourself more than the people you claim to be above) makes me feel that you are a hypocrite.

It's not my place to say who should and who shouldn't get banned on a forum Andy. But let's face it. You don't visit here very often and it's only the fact that you are banned from FF for a week that you are posting here.

I don't think I'm a very active member like you say. I probably average about 1 post a day. That is pretty inactive if you ask me.

I'm not a slaggy type of person mythicos. My issue is with certain members of other sites who think they own the place by putting down newcomers. I never once involved your name in this so why are you having a go at me?

Yeah, I have my own opinions....It would be a boring world if everyone agreed with each other.

Finally, you should like me as I'm an A1 bloke.

At the end of the day I just would like all this crap to stop. If you can help with that in any way please do so. For f***s Sake...It's only emulated entertainment after all

So you are saying Rogue banned you for something you did not do? If that is the case that is terrible however I would like to remind you who you were arguing with with regards to the 'post in question' and who that person is. I would also like to point out that the person saw your post as a threat to another member and posted his disgust with something along the lines of 'do not bother arguing about it because there is no way out of it.'

So if you are indeed calling THAT person an 'Arsehole' as you put it then I'm sure he will not be happy.

What saddens me is most of what is said about this place (in the positive sense) is very true.

What he was REALLY DOING was using this place as a toilet to try and take a shit. And you all f*****g lapped it up EVEN THOUGH he was being a total f*****g asshole and had no justification.

Now would you like to see some logs of whom was responsible for suggesting that the data centre got a complaining email.... in fact read the thread again where you made your 'threat' and tbh it is all there.

It's not my place to say who should and who shouldn't get banned on a forum Andy. But let's face it. You don't visit here very often and it's only the fact that you are banned from FF for a week that you are posting here.

I wasnt aware of this post until thismorning when someone pointed it out to me. T'was only that Big Bri's post made me laugh that I figured I would reply (in jest lol). Only took like three minutes for the real cause of the problem to come crawling out of the woodwork

I check this place on a regular basis Gaz. I just don't post very often, or read the forums too much (new releases aside). It's not my crowd and it's not where I 'hang out' per se.

That doesn't mean I need to bad mouth it, I just think that in terms of FME in it's tech place, that this forum is behind FF (and doesnt have the history.. Good? bad? I suppose that would be each to his own )

Face it, you have replied to absolutely nothing whatsoever you have wrongly claimed I was Gareth Long, (after Bencrest wrongly claimed it was Trouty) you have wrongly stated you are banned at DADs and do not have an account there, you have made a claim that you did not threaten Mr House when its clear to anyone its a statement that can easily be seen as a threat, I ask again if you were going round to talk why do the kids have to be out of the house......................

Then there is the simple fact IF I was Gareth Long and the IP was checked correctly they would be able to tell you what part of Swansea I am presently in as my host mask displays that, considering I have also been blamed at FF for the being the recent spammer the FF mods need a new IP checker as clearly they aint very good at tracking them

Seeing as you're pretty thick I will again tell you that you accused me of being banned for making threats and I posted in good old black and white that you were wrong.

Also, statements FROM THE FF mods were made to say that YOU were the one posting as Gareth. You havent done anything to try and counter those statements.
