Coins only go to the bottom if the hopper is full.

Coins should go to the bottom if the hopper is full.
It is not reccomended to overfill as you may cause coin jams.

You shouldn't have £1s and 20ps in the same hopper. Dump it, dump it again to get it to £125 empty.

My pie factory started backing one day after 19 quid went into it from empty.. somehow i had messed up the meters.. dumping the hopper sorted it out and reset it for me. No probs since.

Dump the hopper, then refill through the coin mech using the refill key so that the machine knows how much it has in the hopper in its memory.
The machine probably thinks it is full.

ive dumped the hopper so that the machine now reads
20p hopper £0.00
£1.00 hopper £0.00
but even when i go to refill the machine the coins still drop into the tray at the bottom. starting to get annoyed lol

looks like you have a coin controls coin mech(435 or sr5).
you will have to check the back of the coin mech to make sure all plugs are in correctly.you will have 3 plugs(a long white one,a small white one and a small black one).
if these are all plugged in correctly then you will probably have a faulty coin mech if the coins are still diverting to the cashbox.
i can supply one if needed.

But it's won't be a shared hopper. There will be 2 hoppers. My Hi Spirtis has a 20p hopper. Funny, all wins round up to £1 so hopefully there will be a few quid in 20ps soon lol.

All I could really assume is that it owes a lot of money!
Keep playing it and it should calm down. When I first got my £25 / 25p Spiker the Biker machine, it paid a good £150 within minutes of turning it on.
It'll balance out eventually - unless theres something else causing it![:)](http://www.fruit-emu.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I'm not sure about how to check out the software meters of EPOCH machines - I did buy an Impulse Hurricane but it was faulty so collected and refunded. If I'd have kept it, I could tell you what to do

Maybe because when it is your own machine you only ever play to get the jackpot.
You didn't say what the JP was on the machine £5, £25 etc...
So if it is a £5 JP machine then £10 in to get a JP maybe just be the machine paying its required percentage
Also you could see what the percentage is set on and lower that
