These machines are terrible and I demand they be emulated now.
Sorry. I'll explain myself.
Two Project machines. Shooting Stars and It could be you. They were after all the stars/bars *2*3*5*8 era and just before the Empire (monkey climbing Empire state building) era.
Cherries £1/Bells £2/Green bar £3/Yellow bar £5/Sevens £25.
I'm more interested in Shooting Stars. Basically any three
There is also a multi add position which conveniently fills up the green star for a whopping £4 off £1 streak. Green stack is shortest, then yellow, then pink and so on. Blue star is the only darn one which credit breaks.
It also offers flash holds, for wins above and diagonally as well as hold in wins and the usual holds after nudges for feature and fruits.
It's a right git at times, even on supposedly high percentages. Its unpredicatability means it would be FUN to play on an emulated basis.
I'm fairly sure it hasn't cropped up yet on any emu sites. I don't know much about Project's tech, but as a lot of the older stuff is emulated (777 heaven, Crazy Pays etc) and none of the bars/stars stuff, I'm guessing it can't be done due to technical reasons not because no one has scans/ROMs.
Any clues on this one? Is this a case of lack of resources? I'd be more than happy to bid on Ebay if I saw one of these, or is it a technical issue?
Cheers,
JG
