Im new to this site... can anyone tell me what im to do when i download the emu... like do I open or save and what do i do after that? Anyhelp?

As an example here gfc.
1..Download MFME 3.2
2..Download The Italian Job DX and also the ROM
3..Make a folder on your desktop call it TIJ..put both the DX and the ROM into it..and extract the files.
4..Extract MFME 3.2 to your desktop..little icon of a machine.
5..Double click it.
6..Goto File>Load game>Navigate to Desktop>Locate TIJ.game..Highlight it and click open.
7..Enjoy.

Why does the folder need to be called TIJ? is that why my Reno Casino and DOND don't work? I'll rename the folder... thanks for the help
