Hi Ya all i just thought id ask why we cant get the party time arena roms?

The classic rom are rubbish, unless you can get the roms, i see no point in the layout at all!!

If you play party time you want it work and sound like partytime, otherwise whats the point of playing it?

Im not having a moan im juts popping the facts down on the table!!!

Hope you all have a great christmas and a hapy new year!!!

dont get drunk now!!!

I have to agree,I like the partytime machines, though i can see why it is hard to get the romz, still I hope sum1 does soon as it makes dloading the layouts pretty much a waste of time

Well, the layout was released and when it was, it was clearly pointed out that it was a 'pseudo' version and not PartyTIME at all. If I remember correctly too, the author of that layout created it for himself alone using a pic he'd obtained. He mentioned in a thread that he had such a layout and out of the goodwill displayed by this author, he offered to share it. He said on FruitFORUMS he would release it if there was enough interest.

At the release time, everyone knew the score. They knew it wasn't the real PartyTIME. FME isn't an exact science and I know you don't know all the facts. I also think some layouts don't work well like this, as pseudo layouts but many more downloaded and enjoyed it.

you can get the roms...
Getting an emulator to run them is a diffrent matter...

As the banner says fruit emu is dedicated to machines that are older than 3 years..as long as the technology is emulatable...until someone releases an emulator capablle of running these a hybrid is as close as your gunna get without paying real cash in the arcades..
