ive been waiting for years to download this game and when i click the download button it just takes me to a page saying how wonderfull it is where do you actualy download it? :"(

Firstly you need to sign up to DADsFME to be able to download layouts. Once that's done you'll be able to see a link next to the thumbnail image of the layout.

You need to download it from DADsFME site. The link "Download from DADsFME" in DADs first post at the top of this page will take you to the site. You need to register on the site before you can download anything- this will take a while as you need to wait for your account to be reviewed by a moderator and activated, but its worth it as DAD has some great emulations on his site! Enjoy!
