When i loaded cops n robbers only half themachine was in view, is there anything i can do to bring up the whole thing so i can play?

try MFME V3 as that resizes it. If it won't run in that then you need to adjust your screen resolution.

A simple SEARCH of the forums or in the KNOWLEDGE BASE and you would have found the answer.
For the lazy people here is an answer:

As a new member, if you have any problems try using the SEARCH function for solutions - as everything you may have wrong has been answered many, many times before and other members will not reply to you.
