keep your pish to yourself..just like many other posts you seem to have gone off the original feed..i seem to wonder sometimes that many people using this site have a macho thing on how many posts they send ,even if they are a load of bollocks:bigeyes22: :bigeyes22:

No point at all. It was pointless pish.

I didn't know you could do the same with an email. That has opened up a whole new world of madness.

I have lots of memories of Joyland (forum i believe its called these days) was a good arcade but also a handy shortcut. Anyone who remembers the place in the early 80's will remember that the middle part used to have one of them air gun games where you shoot the targets and it squirts water at you, the carpet in the centre always used to be sopping wet, no wonder there was never many machines in the middle back then. They also used to close the middle and bottom (seafront side) off in the winter to cut operating costs.

I used to prefer the little arcade next to it on the promenade end, it was called Starburst back then. Have no idea what its called these days, haven't been to Brid in years

Is South Cliff amusements still open in Brid?
A very long time since i was last in.I can remember them having-
Aladdins Cave
Super Spoof
Bank raid 2p
Mappy video game
pole position 2 video
top take
supatrack
various jpm s
that place was small but had some absolute classics in the 80s..the forum used to be Joyland...A massive arcade that we used to walk through as a short cut..some good machines in the olden days

Was that the little arcade opposite the tall Ebor flats (the flats overlooking the harbour)? It was a bit of the beaten track but I remember it been quite a nice little arcade. So many memories in this thread :)

i remember the air gun game your talking about, the one with the freaky hill billys. i also remember the arcade starburst and there used to be peter browns at the seafront end.

"Nudgeman you asked these pro's for some help with that fruit machine yet?"

Hmmmmmmmmmm.

I guess you're referring to the post I made on fruitchat about Clubclass. Basically guys (and gals), I downloaded the classic layout of Clubclass a while ago. As with all emulations I try to keep it as real as possible. When I speak of an emulation I prefer to imagine it within a 'real' scenario.

So I imagined me playing this within a casino. I've put in just about £2000 and I'm gambling all out for the big £1000 jackpot. I play for grapes/bars/bells only and gamble all out on £5/spin. I have posted for help on the best way to force out the jackpot on other forums more dedicated to tips. Mr Chandler, who is present on another forum suggested I ask on here for some advice.

I know Mr. Chandler is regarded as a piss taker, a troll and a pikey amongst other things on this forum, due to his continued confrontational banter.

However I shall post it here. What harm can it do? It is for the purposes of an emulated machine and I wish to know the best strategy for optimal jackpot attainment. Or even better, just a bit of banter surrounding Clubclass. I am £2000 in with £40 collected (when I pressed collect by accident). I am going all out for jackpot and play for grapes/bars/bells only. I play £5 spin on top reels and have not broken the £300 barrier yet.

I think this is the quickest way to jackpot, although 2k in and still pushing, scary stuff in real life. Any clues? hints? tips? ideas? brainwaves? shortcuts? pish? posh? or pash? General stories? Flames?

Cheers,

JG.
