tell you what ppl at royal mail dont know the arse from the elbow think some 1 on here works for royal mail just wonderd if they heard of dispatch express

ONLINE SALES royal mail kept 6 bags of mail because they wanted to know how we gonna pay even tho we pre pay for the items lol and using the same system for 4 months and today gotta phone call saying were doing it wrong so we send post out every day for 4months pay the bills when they come and it takes 4 months to someone were doing it wrong and when u ring ppl dont know about dispatch express

PUT IT ONE WAY VAMPS all items are sent first class recorded and november last year we sent 900 items out and only 350 were signed for so royal mail ad to refund us the 70p extra u pay for sig so that cos them abit so now i got ppl asking where there stuff is lol

and b4 novembeit was 1 in 4 items not signed for so no wonder royal mail are losing millions

I remember you knocking Royal Mail during the *strikes too fella, got a chip on your shoulder lol.
Basically there was an Admin error somewhere along the line thats obvious...but i'd be damned that I as a company would give a service without payment, and Four months--I really do not believe that. Some mail centres are big, but not big enough to supply free storage lol.
You say there were signatures not collected and that cost RM money...how?
*Did you know the French Mail service is now buying a slice of RM?, know the funny thing.......the French Mail service is a monopoly......think about that One.

i pay for next day delivery. i get parcel 3 days l8r. wot a joke royal mail.

first thing we get bills at end of each month so we pay for the mail
second point y it cost royal mail money becuase were paying extra to get a sig if we dont get 1 they refund you the 70p
