Ok guys humber half marathon is upon us soon, anyone thinking of doing this one.

This will be my first half marathon and just wondering if anyone on here has ever run this, few pointers would be appreciated.

Hopefully this will also help with my muay thai training,As i would love to do another inter-club fight very very shortly.

Any info would be appreciated, thx in advance

lol Cheers for the heads up mate:)
Unfortuneately it''s a bit too long, a half, normally I keep race distsnces to 10ks and it's a bit far to go to Humber:)
Still will definitely do that in the future...Would like a challenge :D
If you like a challenge too, 10k PB for me is 40:01
