Why has there been no posts on the forum since Feb ?

it's been closed for a while for maintainence and updates fully up & running now though lol

hi everybody i just opened up my own weather forum and already i have 25 members, it has took me quite a long time to make and even if you don't like weather you can just have a nice chat.

i am also giving the first 5 people to join administration and moderator positions enjoy (all will have access to the control pannel.)

What I cant get my head around is the Moderator statment....


Surely you would need to access someone a little first?


How do you know that whoever was One of the first 5 (or whatever it was) isn't going to be totally rude, annoying or plain stupid?

If I created a Forum i'd say "join-up and i'm also looking for a Moderator, please contact me" and go from there.....not just for being a first to sign-up.

well that is the only way i can attract members really, they do not have access to the controll pannel until i know them and if they are rude/affensive ect ect they will recieve a 3 day suspension or a permanant ban
