I don't think they have but if you go on " Downloads " then " Search " and put " Top Gear " in the search you will find a layout and roms for it

There is one called Top Gear but I dont think it's the one as in your picture, The one in your picture hasn't been done yet but I soppose it could be Emulated if the roms are abouthi, was wondering if anyone has made (or can make) the top gear machine, this one http://www.ringwayco.../large/d_47.jpg
