hi guys

i have a laptop and unfortuantly cant play most of the machines cud u advise what emulators and what machines i cud play.see my highest res doesnt fit most of the games i just need a few machines that i cud play on that wont be a problem plz help

look for machines that are 1024

His maximum resolution doesnt go past Xx800

mine is 1440x900
the 1024 machines work for me with space left over.
just try a 1024 layout

Let me explain about Resolution, it's done acoss and down, eg 1024 across and 768 down.

If you've got 800 down, you've got more than enough room. it's probably 1200 by 800 or something, it'll fit no problem.

Or if you want to play older machines, and not the most recent, use the emulator that fits to screen (mfme 3.2 I think)

I don't condone the past comments.............but a very easy use of the search function will answer this simple question....

What, so you told him to download mfme9.4 and a layout, gave him links and he didn't get it? That's what happened.

And thats not being inadequate..umpteen times he asks the same questions over and over in the chatbox.

2..3 or 4 people answer his question and it dont seem to register.

I have added him on MSN and did it in the SIMPLIEST form ever and ive even uploaded the emulators and roms and files to a website to make him download ( which he did ) then i told him where to go and he didnt listen its like he doesnt wanna do what we tell him to do (( like help )) so i aint helping him anymore in future after i helped him and tried to do it in the SIMPLIEST form he could understand but he said "Where is the File" "how can you download it" and all that everytime i talked to him, so i had enough and stopped helping him...

i even told him what size screen resoluton the games are aswell and how to cut down on the MFME 1.1/2/3 by pressing F9 but i think it doesnt register through him and asks how to do it everytime he comes on here.....

Yep ditto HTS..was on my MSN and was trying to guide him through the process step by step...not knowing his experience of computers.
