Hi,
Mazooma Maximus Cash
A problem i have with this is (i think) Hopper full as pound coins go straight down to cash box & there is a "cash full" light on even though ive only got about 20 quid in it,ive read many threads before posting but ive confused myself,could someone kindly advice on how to cure,is this what you call Dumping ?Also its 25p play 25quid JP would it be possible to alter it to 20p play.

Simply want to lower it to 20p play instead of 25p.And maybe clear hopper just incase it suffers full problem in near future.

what to do on both machines is open the inside cashdoor and you will see a small switch usually at the left hand side,power the machine up and once it has powered up turn the refill key.

when it says refill on the display,push the switch thats inside the cash box and it should then say dump hopper on the display,press start button and the coins should come out of the hopper.

the machines counts all the coins that comes out so you just have to open the top door and bung the coins back in the hopper.

the machine should now put coins in the hopper until £125 is reached and then put coins in the cashbox after.

to change price of play you need a variable stakes and prizes key like this

have a look inside your machines to see if you have one(psycho cash beast would have one on the mpu5 mpu,maximus cash should have one on the left hand side when you open the top door beside the % key).

Thanks for reply m8,it went to plan first time (dump hopper)through about 16quid out,put money back in hopper nothing happened so started from the start again,now does'nt go to refill and now get 2 errors code 44 (no key) & code 53 (ram),Any more advice please.(Maximus Cash)

Sounds like your stake/prize key is loose or set up wrong(change of stake/prize always clears ram) look in the bottom for the manual as that should have a list of available stake/prize key settings

The listing claims there is a Variable Percentage and a Variable Stakes / Prizes key included, but I only see two variable keys and both are Stakes / Prizes (one with the stakes / prizes in two separate blocks of four switches).

Mind you it also lists 6 items but there are 7 plugs (keys) shown in the photo. Still, not a bad price at all for the set, just a shame about the photo inaccuracy

Yes you are quite right.
I would say that the list is correct rather than the picture, but people can always message him to find out.

I know im a total noob with fruit machines but how can dumping the hopper cause these codes,also can someone please explain what these codes mean.
