hi ive just bought my first fruitmachine and behonest i dont really no much about them apart fromhow to lose money anyway the machine is called dr who timelord when i got it it worked fine for two days then the alarm went of and a message came up reset error 04 ive opened the back and pushed what i belive to be the reset button then shut the rear door same thing happens again treid swithing on and of please help many thanks martin

The forst thing I do if an error comes up would be, let it time out. It will of it won't. Worth a shot.

Is it just error 04 or is there anything else?

May not be a reply tonight as the Tech's who help on here are 30+ and have their 'hot milk and buscuits' and leave before 9pm!


kidding with you, if there isn't One check back tomorrow as you'l get a positive reply......in the meantime DO NOT mess with it!....thats a great machine, just be patient matie.

hello

let the error run for about 30 seconds and it should disable itself.

do this with the doors closed.

then put a coin in.

if you get another reset error then you may have a faulty battery.

or


you may have a faulty power supply which is causing your machine to constantly reset.


or


you have a faulty scorpion 2 motherboard that has stuck in reset(you know this if a red light is consantly on on the motherboard)

hi i got it on ebay from a bloke in scotland payed £100 for machine and enougher £90 to get it courierd down to london looked for a long time just help not to much wrong with it

hi thanks to everyone that gave there advice about error 04 i did as suggested let my machine time out after a long minute enoghther alarm went of and message error coin 10 came up i let it time out again and after a while machine started to work again i started playing but after putting 4 pound coins the alarm went of and message coin error 10 went of again but this time alarm would not go off i switched machine off and on again then alarm sounded error 04 waited alarm error 10 coin waited started working untill 3 coins had gone through alarm error 10 coin please any ideas thanks martin

you will have to check if any coins are jammed in the coin mech.
if not then you have a faulty coin mech.
