Club Big Top DX 1024 (JPM To MFME) Laptop freindly, plays in MFME 2.0.

I converted this from JPM to MFME, using artwork acquired from an unmamed source Cheers. Thanks to whoever released this in JPM (was Gary I believe, so thanks to Gary) and Hit The Six & Baz for advice and testing

Cheers for this btw the only time I ever played this I walked away £15 up. Ok not a massive win, but still an overall win.
