I notice a fair few games when I run them give this error when you try to insert coins, and so you just can't play them. What *is* this error, and why does it occur?

"Error = 1.1"

I 'may' be wrong, but I think it's a coin mech error. Either go into the Configuration at the top and reset, or try amending the speed, (also in the config section) I belive this is a strim alarm and the coins are entering too fast.

You're right; it changes to 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 for 50p, 20p etc.
I've found that if you just mute the annoying sound temporarily, if you just keep pressing the 0 key it eventually gets in there. Clicking the coin slot with the mouse often works better than the 0 key.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Yep, Jpms usually give 1.1 if you hold you finger on the £1 in button (layout running to quick).
