Well first of all well done for admitting you have a problem. The next step is to try and find your nearest GA (gamblers anon) go to there meetings and talk about your problems. You also need to speak to a family member or your partner so you don't have to go through it on your own. You need to give someone all your cash and cards so you can only spend what they give you. Don't think this will go away over night, this is going to be there for the rest of your life so you need to do something now. Hope this helps. All the best

i know a friend who ask the local arcade to put a special sort of ban on him which means that if he is seen gambling in the arcade hes not allowed to gamble in they have to call the police and have him removed or summetWhat's the best way to stop gambling?
If I don't stop I'll lose everything.
