i'm into ufc pride and most other mixed martial arts championships and still to this day it doesn't get the acclaim it should.

if there was ever a sport that should be in the olympics it should be mixed martial arts.

I don't fight in UFC itself But I have a Black belt in Judo and an Orange Belt in Kickboxing, but as MMA says eat lots of carbs and protien suppliment/shakes also try kracklin or Tribulus Terrestris (http://www.hollandan...ail.asp?pid=424) I've noticed a small difference while using Tribulus Terrestris it takes about 2-3 weeks to start working.

A belt in kickboxing?! WTF never had those in my day least not a cute coloured one but then thats the difference between kickboxing and muay thai there is no grading you are only as good as your last fight. I never used to bother with the supliments in my younger days but as i am getting on I might have to least look into them just don't want to be like some of the #@#@#@#s at work they carry half of Lloyds pharmacy in their rucksacks funny as f*** when I get Ka to search the bastards and half a pill factory falls out.

Do they just not retain water DX? If so that aint what I need or am looking for my conditioning is ok up to a point just any extra help would be a bonus (and no I don't mean drugs utterly pointless).
