has anyone ever paid a company to deliver their fruit machine if so how much did it cost you im sellin mine on ebay and its gonna cost me £90 to get it from the north of scotland to england seems a bit much dont you think.

Your best bet is to probably sit there with the yellow pages and ring all your local transport companys surely at least one of them goes to england regularly and can stcik you pie factory on there cheap enough!
Then again you should have told the bidders it was up to them to sort out transport!

i will give them all a ring and see what they say i will email the winning bidder n tell them sorry but it will be £90 for deliver not £50 if i can get away with that i will email them 1st if they aint happy they can retract their bid

sounds about right to me...

Well mine was about £40 from leeds to glasgow but he used that transport company to come up to scotland once a week anyway

Give people like Citilink, DHL and Parcelforce a try. Probably have scheduled deliveries across the UK

Mark Parcelforce has a max of 30kg according to their web site...But I had a car engine delivered to me in Brighton from Huddersfield for a flat £40 sure that was City-Link....That must weigh much the same---
