Obviously I don't mean real life machines. On the JPeMu emulator what settings do I need to change to top up the machine so it will pay out huge amounts, Im very new to this so I haven't really a clue on what to do when using these emulators.

Machines only payout HUGE ammounts when they have taken HUGE ammounts.
Well thats not strictly true in some cases but what i mean is, well you will have to put in plenty virtual money into your emulator unless it was ready to drop the jackpot from ram reset ( some are, try Golden Dragon club on mfme fom instance )
Dont be trying Thunderbirds or Flinstones for a quick pot though, wont happen.

In fact don't expect a quick JP from any JPM club machine.
Ziggy is correct though, the only way to get a quick JP is to pump it full first. Thats the only way at the moment. Theoretically it should be possible to edit the ram file with the right data but to do that you would need to disassemble the specific game, then work out exactly what to change in order to increase the amount the machine thinks it owes. However that is not an easy task, even with a JPM clubber it would be quicker to pump it full than to decrypt the roms and work out the values.
You could brute force a ram file I suppose and keep trying until one works, BUT you could also have the reverse effect too. And there are millions of potential variations. MPU4 has 2 ^ (8 * 2048) combinations of ram for example.
Fortunately some members have posted some ram files that have been pumped full. There is one for JPM Give Us A Break iirc if you hunt around for it. I played it before and its easy to get a JP from £50 and end up with around £500 from a JP and other wins.

I guess you could change the payout % too 98. That would save alot of time

Well if you force a clubber on 98% instead of 80% it's bound to come in quicker.

Not neccessarily, it will all depend on how the software is designed.
There are many many ways to make a machine keep percentage.
1) example. You have 3 pots, 1 pot pays big wins like jackpots, 1 pot pays medium wins (£8 to £20 say), and the other does small wins (£1 to £7).
Each press of the start button (1 credit) takes away the machines percentage, so on 30p Play, 70%, takes 30% away leaving 21p. That 21 is then split,5p into the small pot, 6p into the medium pot, 10p into the big pot. The machine checks if the pots have reached a certain level and then allows wins upto that amount.
Thats a very basic way of doing it, and thats not regarding features which vary a bit.
Now to change the profile you could have 4 pots, or maybe 1 pot and everything comes out of that, or 10 pots. Or you could vary the size of each pot, or the amounts each pot can pay. Or you could vary the amount that gets put in to each pot, and to vary that you could even have some primitive random selection of how much gets put in each. Or randomise a pot and put a specified amount in said pot.
To come back to the original statement...
The software may add a specific amount to a pot which pays the jackpot (10p for every credit for example). Depending on the designers choice, upping the percentage may add more to that pot, or maybe not. If the only time a jackpot is awarded is when that pot gets full, then regardless of the % payout setting, it will come no faster.
As I say it all depends on how the programmer designed the machine. There are hundreds of ways that I can think of to vary the percentage of a machine, and I have only seen in the back of about 10 machines and don't work in the industry at all.
But there's 1 example of many where upping the percentage may not increase the speed with which a JP will come. That being said, by the same token, there should be many examples where you would be 100% correct.

best way to get jp is play a bandit that you can lose on i.e not cops n robbers or any similar fruities that will kick you out with some money. try losing everything go opposite way on hi lo gamble. best machine is psycho cash beast set it on 30p play £75jp you'll soon have jp and maybe you'll do the double. by the way works on real one too cause i have one.
